Also, all your data is encrypted in Secured Socket Layer (SSL) form so that you don’t have to worry about any threat to your financial information. As it is a cloud based service, all your data is backed up at regular intervals so that any new updated information is automatically stored at another safe place.

After you log in to your account, there are four major tabs. The dashboard consists of all the pending and overdue reviews. Also, you can see the full fledged graph with details regarding your payments at any instant of time. In the articles section, you can create new articles that can be saved to be used for later use. Documents section handles your invoices, estimates, notes, confirmations, reminders and much more. You can also add recurring invoices if you have permanent customers who need to be invoiced at regular intervals. This way you can easily manage all your pending payments and orders very easily. The customers section lists all your customers according to name. Adding customers has been made easier by allowing importing them from vCard or CSV. You can also search for them making it easier to handle a large no. of customers.

The user interface of the app is very intuitive. Everything is available to you on the homepage itself and all you got to do is just click it. There are countless features. You can receive payments more easily as well as see graphs to determine and analyze your growth rates and mistakes. You can send your invoices and documents using postal services and email as well. In addition, you can include your digital signature for estimates.

The app has a free version available with lifetime validity. So, you not necessarily need to upgrade. However, if you want to enjoy the full-featured plan like unlimited no. of customers, unlimited storage capacity, security or branding to name a few, you got to lose the weight of your purse a little. There are 5 plans in total including the free one costing around $5 to $63/month. However, the plan M at $12/month is mostly recommended to the users.

We liked the app for so much features included at the free version too. However, only quantity has been focused, most features are same as any other app in this category.

Pros: manage invoices, estimates, reminders, etc, easy to use interface, free version available.

Cons: nothing new to the taste.
