Hybrid offers a full-fledged car racing platform on your iPad unlike any other game. Apart from the usual car racing, there are career options and you can build your own team to take on others. The career mode unfolds into 6 different hoods who own their own territories. Starting as a fresh face, you’ll go through some of the fastest and some of the cold-blooded drivers of this modern era. By the way, your journey will be based in Dubai and I hope you’ve heard about the Super cars of Dubai Police. They have an exotic collection of all the luxury cars and beating them is surely going to be a touch challenge.
The multiplayer mode is surely a testing place where you can build your own teams and ask your team members to race for you. It’s not anymore about your individual strength but how you manage your teams. Though it’s not Football, but as a manager you must know the strengths and weaknesses of your individual team members. You can upgrade your cars and their parts and make sure that your best machine comes out in the battleground. But all these require points and therefore you must win races at the base level first to win yourself some reputation and points.
The graphics are purely stunning. Imagine your iPad becoming the track for Formula One Street Racing. Yes, the speeds will be breathtaking on the city roads and your iPad will come to life once you hit the road. Be it the cars, locations or the special effects, everything has been machined to perfection by the developers.
Overall, I loved this game. If you’re a sports freak and are looking for some deadly action, this is the game for you. Lots of challenges to keep you busy for days.
