I am talking about the latest iOS app, Vampire Run that has been developed by Cinder Games. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 4.3 or later version of the OS. The app has also been optimized for iPhone 5. As I’ve already told you, you’ll be playing the role of a vampire who is on a hunt for his family. The vampire has returned back to life after a 1000 years and the whole world is some kind of a puzzle to him. Adding, he has decided to risk his life by going on the streets under the sun.
So when you’re on the search, you’ll have to keep yourself alive by biting the citizens and sucking their blood. You can also transform yourself in the form of a bat and fly away. Save up blood tokens and take diamonds to exchange yourself with one of your family members. But it’s obvious that if you’re killing the citizens, they won’t be sitting around with folded hands. So on your way, you might find some vampire hunters as well as some angry citizens who are willing to attack on you.
The search continues from public streets to underground sewers. You’ll have to look everywhere and missing a place by mistake means missing your family member. There are 45 levels of gameplay and you can just choose any path and travel any road. So there’s a lot of exploration involved as well as danger from enemies.
The graphics of the game are good but not brilliant. The cartoon theme has been very well implemented but it’s just that the image of the vampire could have been more horrifically portrayed. The atmosphere seems to be a little bit childish but still appealing to all the game lovers. The gameplay is engaging and that’s the biggest reason for you to install it now.
Talking about the pricing, the app is available for free in the App Store. However there are many in-app purchases available for blood tokens if you fail to collect them during the game. So I think I’m done with what I needed to tell you. This game is fun & entertaining as well as takes you on a horror trip, so what else to ask for?
