When you’re in prison, your mind is constantly thinking about escaping the place no matter how. There are plans and strategies going through your mind all the day & night and the situation is very much similar to the series Prison Break. You have a team and a proper plan worked out from all the different angles and possibilities, but as it always happens in the end that there are some shocking revelations. You come to know that one of you was involved with the police in fact and they were always one step ahead of you. So if you still want to escape, there’s no other choice than to fight with them. If you look from the other side, there are some very dangerous criminals and you can’t cut loose even any one of them as they’re a threat to the society. So what’s going to happen next?
I am talking about the latest iOS app called Prison Defense that has been developed by hamza abdeen. The app is compatible with iPad only and requires iOS 6.0 or any later version of the OS.
Prison Defense is a strategy game where you have to prevent the prisoners from escaping. There are prisoners in the cages and you have to tap on each cage to release the prisoners and then shoot them down. But apart from the prisoners, there are weapons as well in the same cages. Now if you manage to get the weapon at the right time, then you have to place it in the right row according to your strategy so that you can attack the prisoners. But if there’s even one single mistake regarding their placement, you’ll most probably lose the game. The prisoners are strong and it depends upon his strength how much time and which weapon it takes to bring him down on his knees. Also, there is a twist when you open a cage. Sometimes, you find explosives in them which will seriously affect your health. So stay cautious always.
There are total of 40 levels and they’re all quite challenging. There are three modes to choose from: normal, plus and difficult. The plus mode for me was the best mode to play because it’s stiff but achievable; it’s neither too easy nor too difficult. There are even time limits. So make sure you get your strategy right and at the right time as well. The animations are good but little sloppy sometimes with the movements of the prisoners. The graphics of the game are great and there are patches of the poisonous atmosphere of a prison. The game succeeds to leave an impact.
Overall, Prison Defense is a great game to get your hands on. It’s available for free in the App Store. Though there are some in-app purchases that you can buy, but you can complete all the levels without them as well. They just make the life easy for you.
