A perfect morning starts with a ray of sunlight waking you up with a cup of coffee and a newspaper placed on your side table. Even a rainy day can be a very good start if it’s a holiday. But most of our days don’t have this kind of perfect start and mostly start with an annoying alarm sound that ends on a very rough note when you start shouting at it. Then forget about the coffee and newspaper because you’re already late for your work and things start crumbling up. So if we analyze your day, we can say that it was the rough start that has a huge impact on the rest of your day. Well, there is nothing much we can do about alarm clocks, can we? I think we need to reconsider that option and maybe we’ll find what we’re looking for; A perfect morning!
I am talking about the latest iOS app called Talking Weather Alarm that has been developed by Luca Perino. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 7.0 or any later version of the OS. This app has also been optimized for iPhone 5.
Talking Weather Alarm is a one of a kind alarm clock that promises your mornings to be refreshing and beautiful. While most of the alarms start with a sound and end with you switching it off, this app takes on from this tragic end. It’ll tell you the weather report of the day and will also let you know about the on-goings in the world around you. But we know that opening up the eyes for news is not everybody’s choice especially when you feel a load of thousand kilograms on your eyelids. That’s why this app lets you hear the weather report and news with the help of its in-built voice assistant. So it’s like bed tea; you not need anything to do but drink it.
There are four different interfaces available with this app: blur, wetaher, city and cartoon dynamic though my favourite was city. Managing alarms is as simple as with any other app and you can choose your own music as well for alarm sounds. But let me tell you that there are many beautiful sounds available in the app and you should certainly find one of your tastes inside there.
Overall, this is one of the best and most innovative alarm clocks that I’ve seen. You can find many other alarm clocks which are orthodox and unique on their own but they are not useful. Most people like to read newspapers in the morning and what’s better than hearing it while still in bed. This saves time as well which is very important factor in a busy schedule. Moreover, prepare yourself for any change of weather before it comes.
The app is available for $0.99 in the App Store. But this basic version doesn’t include all of the features we talked about. You can buy individual features from the App Store or buy the complete pack for $7.99. Choice is yours!
