The best thing about their recipes is that you get a calculative detail of carbohydrates, protein, fat, energy, etc that you will consume and they are sugar free, additives free, no white potatoes and no grains as well. So, almost everything that you could affect your health badly is missing your diet plan. There are 65 recipes available on the app and more free recipes are available from their blog. Each recipe has illustrating pictures as well to help you understand better. More recipes are available via in-app purchases.
