BEETLES HD – DON’T HATE THEM; KILL THEM!

It is no denying that we all hate insects whether it is the cockroaches, earthworms or mosquitoes. I know that people from “cruelty against animals” can sue me for this but that’s a truth. I was not against them but I remember that once my house belonged more to the cockroaches than my own family. We had a very “personal” relationship going smoothly as we shared food and bed until a war started between us which ultimately led to the extinction of their breed forever;at least from our house. The fact I’m trying to prove is that it is very difficult to share your belongings even with a stranger; then sharing them with an insect is out of question. The one who is powerful kills the other and that’s a law of nature. So, following it step by step, here we are with some tiny Beetles. They will take over the stage from now.

We are talking about the new iOS app, Beetles HD that has been developed by IK Media. The app is compatible with iPad only and requires iOS 5.0 or later version of the OS. Now let me first brief you the game. Your place has been occupied by Beetles, one of the smallest and yucky insects. You have to kill them before they reach the bottom of your iPad screen. You think you can do that? If yes, then what the hell are you waiting for?

Till now, you must have started killing them furiously leaving no chance for them to survive. But beware, not all the insects are bad. I mean, dogs can be wild and faithful both if pets. Similar is the situation here. You have to kill all of them except a few and you have to be accurate as well as attentive for that. But till now, we have forgotten the most important aspect i.e. our weapon. This game gives you access to the full stock of weapons that you may wonder or have used in real life. From dad’s slippers to rolled paper, you can use all of them. Other than these conventional tools, there are some “heavyweight” super weapons as well which will help you to destroy these spoilers within seconds.

The graphical theme of this app is cartoon and I must say that the developers have done a descent job. I mean the atmosphere is built up such that you actually start hating those animated creatures and you’re willing to do anything to get rid of them. Then there are many different creatures to hate and the pace of the game is just right to keep you stick your eyes to the screen.

The app is available for $0.99 in the App Store. I think that it’s a pretty fair price for what you get. I don’t want to talk much of it now and all I can ask you is “give your best shot my friend”. And once again, I am not a killer; it’s just my love for Beetles HD.
