If I’ll recommend Work Time Clock, then it’ll certainly be for its simplicity. It has a simple purpose: to help the owners and the workers note down their working hours with just a touch and verify it from both sides. All you need is this app installed on the phones of all workers. Then they have to just tap the “IN” button when they’re about to come in the company or start their work. This’ll start the timer in the app and when you’re finished, just tap the “OUT” button and your working hours will be calculated automatically. Also, if you’ve done any overtime, it’ll automatically be taken into account. Then this list can be sent via email to anybody as a spreadsheet. On the other side, the owner can track the GPS location of every in and out event as well to make sure there’s no cheating from the worker’s side.

This app maintains transparency on both sides. First, all the calculations for salary and overtime bonus are calculated automatically as per the rates fixed at the start. Moreover, there is list for vacations and sick leaves as well. So the worker can see his remaining vacations anytime and check with his superiors in case he has any problem. So overall, the app covers all the basic as well as premium features that are expected in such an app.

Almost every time tracking Software comes at a monthly subscription and though it sounds very cheap at the start, it becomes really expensive on a long run. This app is available for just $4.99 in the App Store forever. So it’s really a very good purchase economically as well.
