MeisterTask gives you a platform where you can collaborate with as many team members on different projects. Suppose you’re working in Software Company and you’re working on 3 different projects at the same time with different team members. Then all you have to do is create a project, add the team members and you’re good to go. Then under a particular project, you can begin by creating and assigning tasks to others. The activity board keeps track of all the related tasks that are pending, in progress or have been completed.
The dashboard is the place where you’ll find all the tasks that have been assigned to you or any updates regarding your concerned projects. If you have been mentioned in a comment or someone has added a new file to a task or a task has been updated, all this activity is linked to each other and available to you under one thread. Some other features include tagging a task and adding checklists and due dates. You can even keep an eye on others’ tasks and track their progress. Also, you don’t have to carry your files in your phone all the time. In case you have to attach a file, then you can upload them directly from Dropbox or Google Drive. It’s like going cash-free when you have the ATM!
