Puzzle Quest may be considered as the first game which represented a Jewel Bash game in a completely different way. They converted a simple puzzle in a RPG where players would be battling against monsters and each combat was a puzzle. There would be intense action and amazing locations for a combat to take place. With hundreds of monsters to fight against, you could not have thought of a place to feel safe at. But each game has its own limitations and new games take over it with the added advantages and new features. Today we have another such game called Match 3 Quest. Match 3 Quest has been developed for the Android platform by Furry and is compatible with all the Android devices running Android 2.3 or any later version of the OS.
As expected, there are monsters to fight against and you proceed in the game with an avatar of your own. But the main difference that you’ll see in this game from Puzzle Quest is that you don’t play individually but as a team. You can add up to three more characters to your team and you’ll battle against the monsters as a team. In each combat, you have to place 3 similar shapes adjacent to each other either horizontally or vertically and they’ll blow up. But the strength of each blow is different depending upon the shapes. So you have to make sure that you give a strong blow to the monsters or otherwise, you’ll get the same treatment from them. More features include that you don’t have to wait for the opponent’s turn and play on your own. This app has also introduced CGC system with evolution features that enables you to upgrade each common card to an epic one.
As you proceed further, the level will rise up and the game becomes more and more difficult to be won. The graphics are amazing and show the spirit of the developers aiming for the best. There are some intense combat locations with an ancient look that’ll further boil up the battle and make you feel as if you’re fighting against an ancient evil, which is the aim of the game. Moreover, now female avatars will be available in the next update. So even ladies will be able to play this amazing game.
The only factor against the game for the moment is that player vs. player option is not available for the time being. However, the developers have mentioned that it’ll soon be available. The game has already been downloaded for thousands of times and as more and more people join the community, the action is expected to grow.
