A day is well spent if you complete all the tasks for that day. Then you can finally go to bed with a relaxed and carefree mind. You don’t have anything to worry about; no unfinished projects, no missing deadlines, no due payments of bills and not forgetting to get your iPhone screen laminated which is getting more and more scratches day by day. But on an average, you spend almost every night of yours recounting the remaining tasks from the day and adding them to the tasks of tomorrow. Unfortunately, this sum always keeps increasing and ultimately, some time-bound tasks are cremated never to see the light of the day. Though we all have to-do lists created for us, they’re not efficient enough to keep us on par with the pace of the tasks that we have to do. So if you can’t afford to miss anymore of your tasks, you must change the way you handle them.

Orderly is the new manager of your tasks. It’s the latest iOS app that has been developed by Tekton Technologies. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 8.0 or any later version of the OS. This app has also been optimized for iPhone 5, iPhone 6 and iPhone 6 Plus.

Orderly is more like a human-brain you’ve hired to manage your tasks. It automatically prioritizes your tasks looking at the time of the day or based on the sticky notes you’ve attached with these tasks. So if buying bread was on the top priority of your list but you woke up very late and now you’re getting late for your office, Orderly will make sure you don’t forget to pick up the file you have to submit in the office. Talking about the office, Orderly has two different interfaces or boards or views: home and work. You can divide/classify your tasks in these two views by simply flipping or copying them. Another valuable feature of Orderly is “location based alerts”. So if you’re on your way to home via market, the app will notify you of picking up the jam.

The developers of Orderly know that no matter how many features you have on the board, if you can’t make them easily accessible to the user then it’s of no use. So while you can easily complete or delete or undo your complete tasks with just a swipe, you don’t need to open the app every time to take a look at your list; you can take a glance at the tasks of the day on-the-go. The user interface is fluidic and offers seamless navigation through lists and different views. You can change the priorities manually by drag and drop very easily. Orderly also allows you to sync your lists on Cloud for backup and access on other iOS devices.

So overall, Orderly is the app that you all can desire for. It’s available for just $0.99 in the App Store. So make sure you check it out today!

Pros: fluidic interface; two different views for home and work; location based alerts; auto prioritization; cloud sync; gestures control.

Cons: none.

I will give this app 5 out of 5 stars.
