I am talking about the latest Android app called Homefacts that has been developed by Homefacts.com. The app is compatible with all the devices running Android 2.2 or any later version of the OS. So I guess it covers almost all the Android devices running today.
Homefacts has all the facts regarding all the properties and their corresponding neighbourhoods across the entire US. So it doesn’t matter where you’re living in America, just enter the address of the location where you’re looking for the property or enter the zip code of the area or you can just look out for all the available properties in a particular city. You can use your current location as well. The map will show you all the properties and then you can just pick one. Regarding the property, you can see the number of bedrooms, bathrooms, etc. But apart from that, there’s a lot of other information that is as important. So you can see a detailed chart for each property and each such chart shows you the number of schools, number of offenders, unemployment rate, crime risk, median home value, earthquake and tornado risk, etc.
Apart from just numbers, there are in-depth details for each of them. For example, if there is any sex offender living around your property, then you’ll be given complete details about him/her regarding physical appearance, offence, street address, etc. There’s a separate graph showing the trend of unemployment rate over the past year. There’s even an account of all the crimes and how significant have they been individually. School locations along with their rating and phone number are also inside. So there’s not a single aspect that’s been missed by this app and that’s what makes this app worth your download.
The UI is very simple and easy to navigate. The map is obviously a key feature and the developers have used it very smartly. Whether you want to pick a property or locate a nearby school, everything’s up there. Moreover, the information for each property is very smartly presented in the chart and you can view the corresponding details with just a tap.
So I would recommend Homefacts to everybody who’s looking for a property in US. It’s available for free in the Play Store.
