Suppose I ask you to take a glass of water in your hands and deliver it from point A to point B. You’ll do it easily but it was certainly not interesting. But why is that? But now it becomes a challenging task that you’d certainly like to try at once and when you fail, you’ll try again and again. Even if it doesn’t require you to be physically and mentally tough and strong, it requires to be done correctly and there’s only one way to do that: the right way. You just have to follow it!
I am talking about the latest iOS app called Bird Duel that has been developed by Yabado Gmbh. The app is compatible with iPhone, iPod touch and iPad and requires iOS 5.1 or any later version of the OS. This app has also been optimized for iPhone 5.
Bird Duel is a very simple but challenging game. There’s a fluffy bird that you have to guide through the various obstacles that come in its way. Tapping on the screen will let it fly upwards and I’m sure that you must have played this kind of games before. But there’s a reason this one is different, other than the name.
There are 8 different gaming modes in Bird Duel: Fun, Move, Saw, Classic, Easy, Bronze, Silver and Gold. While in one mode the obstacles are fixed, they’re moving in the other. Then the obstacles change to sharp saws that will cut the bird into two halves as clean as a surgeon. So it’s like a pack of gems with many different flavoured candies packed into one. You’ll even get free gifts if you keep playing this game for 5 days continuously. The game is obviously endless and the longer you can survive, the higher will you score.
One of the main attractions of this game is the high-end graphics. The bird is really very cute and admirable and when it hits an obstacle and goes down, you don’t like it. The animations are as smooth as a nicely blended milkshake and the cartoon-theme graphics are colourful, vibrant and crispy like hot-baked cookies. The background soundtrack also mixes well with the theme of the game and cheers you up.
Overall, Bird Duel is the game that you won’t like to miss this gaming season. The app is available for free in the App Store. There are many more birds to unlock but they can only be purchased via in-app purchases. So go on and open the magic box. You certainly won’t be disappointed!
