I am talking about 6 Boxes, the latest iOS app that has been developed by Customer Enterprise Ltd. The app is compatible with iPad only and requires iOS 7.0 or any later version of the OS.

iPad is something that’s very much compatible and you can obviously take it to any meeting with you. So with this app in your iPad, you can always make sure that you’ve noted down the key points of your meeting because until you don’t know the problems, how can you find the solution to them! You must be thinking that you can note down the problems with a pen and notebook as well. But it won’t be same. Let me tell you how.

Each of your customer/client is called an opportunity and each of your meetings consists of 6 boxes. These 6 boxes cater to the six different departments including Business Challenges, Risks, Measures of Success, Triggers, Budgets and Next Actions. In each of these boxes, you can add as many points as you want and for each such point, you can add notes and questions as well if you may want. So though the whole meeting may look to be briefed into some points at first, it’s very deep inside and that’s the beauty of it. You may take just a brief of it or you may go for the root problem.

After you’re done with creating the complete draft, you may email it to your co-workers or anybody else concerned with that meeting. The email consists of all the content but the better part is that all the content is in a format that would suit it best though you can edit it to your own preference as well. You may deal with more than one client at the same time.

The only thing that bothers me about this app is the price. The app is priced at £9.99 which I consider is more than justified. I know the idea is brilliant and for a professional, it isn’t a great deal of money. But still the app is a built-in format with you entering the details of the meeting. That’s not as fast or simplified as I would have liked. But still, it’s a very good tool for professionals.

Pros: simple to use; built-in format; email; completely customizable.

Cons: high price.
