Sorting out contacts has become a hard task. There are so many of them that you have to take extra care naming them. Now that your Facebook and Gmail contacts are also included (mostly) in your contact dictionary, they are almost uncountable at times. It’s even more complicated when it come to business. When you are dealing with many clients every day, it’s hard to remember what the discussion is about. So if Alex (fictitious) calls you for a payment, probable chances are that you’ll have no idea of what payment she is talking about. So what we can conclude here is that there is need to give a new look to the contact book. I started searching for a solution for my contacts and came across an app called ONDiGO Mobile CRM. While it helped me reduce my countless contacts headache to minimum I realized it’s doing a lot more.

on1

I am talking about the latest Android app called ONDiGO Mobile CRM. The app is compatible with all the Android devices running Android 3.2 or any later version of the OS. I’ve used some contact apps in the past but apart from introducing a new sorting method, there was nothing new. This app has got the potential to make it big in the market. Let’s see what proves my point!

First, with ONDiGO CRM you can label all your contacts according to their role such as Business, Personal, Services, etc. There’s a label for everyone and if it’s not decided for the moment just put it under “In-Progress”. Second, a note-taking pop-up opens up after each of your call. So you can either write down a small task, schedule a meeting or attach a document. Whatever you do will appear at the screen when that person calls you or you call him/her. So you’ll always remember what you’re going to say next.

Third and the most important I felt was the contact history. What we have now , whenever you tap at a contact to see the related history, you only get call logs. But with ONDiGO CRM, you’ll get mobile logs as well as SMS logs and all the tasks/meetings/documents related with that person. So you don’t need to search in order to find all the information related to a contact, it’s all right there.

You can sort out your contacts according to priority or find any contact with the help of built-in search by keyword. Also, you can save all your contacts as well as notes on Cloud automatically.

The app is free and I think it’s really worth a download. It’s very useful for any busy person and can save a lot of his precious time.

Pros: intuitive UI; label each contact separately; sort according to priority; call history includes call logs, SMS logs as well as all past notes; free.

Cons: none.

I will give this app 4.5 out of 5 stars.
